If this English version and the Italian version differ, the Italian version prevails.
1. Who provides the app
Interventus is developed and provided by RMsistemi, [Indirizzo della sede], VAT [Partita IVA], contact assistenza@interventus.it. By downloading or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. The service
Interventus helps technicians, tradespeople and businesses manage customers, appointments and jobs, calculate amounts and produce a PDF report signed by the customer. It is a work tool: the accuracy of the data, rates and VAT rates entered remains the user's responsibility. The report is not an invoice or a tax document.
Available features are described on the Features page and may change with updates, listed in What's new.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Android devices linked to your Google Play account for the duration of your subscription. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or sublicense the app, or use it for unlawful purposes. Trademark, code and design remain the property of RMsistemi.
4. Subscription
Full use of the app requires a paid monthly or yearly subscription, purchased in the app through Google Play. Price, duration and any trial period are shown by Google Play before you confirm. The payment contract is made with Google under the Google Play Terms of Service, which apply together with these terms.
If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the paid subscription starts automatically and the first period is charged.
5. Renewal, cancellation and prices
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews at the end of each period for the same period, charged to the payment method on your Google account, until you cancel.
- Cancellation. Cancel anytime in the Play Store: profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Interventus, Cancel subscription. It stays active until the end of the paid period and then does not renew. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Price changes. If the price changes, Google Play notifies you before renewal under its rules; for increases you can cancel before the new price applies.
- End of subscription. When it expires, paid features are switched off. Your data is not deleted: it stays on your phone and you can always export it.
6. Refunds and withdrawal
Refunds follow the Google Play refund policies. You can ask Google directly or write to us at assistenza@interventus.it: we review every request, for example accidental charges or malfunctions we cannot fix.
If you are a consumer, meaning you use the app outside your trade or profession, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. By buying the subscription you ask for the service to start immediately; therefore, under Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is lost once the digital content has been supplied with your consent. If you buy as a professional or business, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
7. Your data
The data you enter stays on your phone and belongs to you. You are responsible for handling your customers' data in line with the GDPR and for keeping backups: if the phone is lost or broken without a backup, we cannot recover it. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
8. Signature and report
The on-screen signature is a simple electronic signature under Regulation (EU) 910/2014 (eIDAS). Its evidential value is assessed case by case by the courts. It does not replace a qualified electronic or digital signature where the law requires one.
9. Liability
We work to keep the app running and to fix reported defects, but we cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions, including for reasons depending on Google, the phone or the network. To the extent permitted by law, RMsistemi is not liable for indirect damage, loss of data or loss of profit arising from use of the app; total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the previous 12 months. This does not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or to mandatory consumer rights.
We may suspend access to paid features in case of serious breach of these terms, with notice where possible.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, for example when new features arrive. Material changes are announced in the app or on the website at least 30 days before they apply; if you do not accept them, you can cancel your subscription.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of the consumer's residence or domicile has jurisdiction; in all other cases, the court of [Città del foro competente].
